Victory City AZ is a movement of restoration, purpose activation, and elevated living—and we’re seeking a Spirit-filled, credentialed Outreach Minister (volunteer role) to help extend that mission beyond our walls. This role is for a bold evangelistic type with a heart to reach communities locally, nationally, and globally.
As Outreach Minister, you will serve as a Spirit-led extension of the Outreach Pastor, helping to implement outreach strategies, lead local initiatives, and provide pastoral care within outreach settings. This role carries ministerial authority and supports the activation of volunteers and community engagement.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in planning and executing outreach events, campaigns, and service projects
- Lead small outreach teams in prayer, preparation, and on-site ministry
- Build relationships with local partners, ministries, and community leaders
- Teach and minister in outreach settings under the direction of the Outreach Pastor
- Provide spiritual support and discipleship to outreach volunteers
- Help steward outreach resources, logistics, and follow-up efforts
- Collaborate with the Church Administrator and PR team to ensure messaging aligns with church vision
• Demonstrated experience in ministry, evangelism, or community service
• Ministerial credentials preferred but not required
• Strong communication, leadership, and relational skills
• Alignment with Victory City AZ’s prophetic culture and 3-E’s framework
• Must be a member of Victory City AZ and committed to spiritual growth
Availability:
• Sundays, weeknight services, outreach events, and may have the opportunity to travel occasionally (domestic and international)
- 1 yr. Outreach Ministry/Evangelism Experience (min.)
- Certified Minister Credentials
- OR
- Currently enrolled in Ministry Certification for a min. of 6 months
