At Victory City AZ, the message matters—and how it’s presented shapes how it’s received. The Multimedia Lead is a creative techie who ensures every sermon, announcement, and event is communicated with excellence across visual, audio, and digital platforms.
This role is for someone who thrives in the details—editing graphics, mixing audio, producing video, and running Sunday media presentations with precision and purpose. You’re not just creating content—you’re amplifying the voice of the church.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate Sunday media presentation software (e.g., Proclaim) and audio with accuracy and flow; Proclaim training available.
  • Upload service graphics weekly to Proclaim presentation software.
  • Design and edit graphics and videos for sermons, announcements, and events
  • Convert worship videos into worship lyric videos for Sunday worship
  • Mix and edit audio for sermon recordings, promotional materials, and online platforms
  • Collaborate with pastors and ministry leaders to ensure visual and audio content aligns with church messaging
  • Maintain digital asset libraries and organize media files for easy access and reuse
  • Support special events with multimedia setup and execution
  • Reflect the excellence, clarity, and Spirit-led creativity of Victory City AZ
Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates should demonstrate:

  • Ability to be trained and run media presentation software (e.g., Proclaim) during live services
  • Ability to be trained to use tools to go live on YouTube and FB.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Illustrator)
  • Some experience in video editing software (similar to Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, Final Cut Pro)
  • Familiarity with audio editing platforms (similar to Audacity, Logic Pro, GarageBand)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Creative vision paired with technical execution
  • Alignment with Victory City AZ’s mission, brand, and spiritual culture
  • Experience in church media or ministry storytelling (nice to have - but not required)

Additional Requirements:

  • Background check
  • Must be a member of Victory City AZ or actively pursuing membership
  • Must be available for Sunday services, midweek media prep, and special events
  • Must commit to ongoing creative development and spiritual growth
