Fueled Youth Leader/Minister

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

  • Lead and facilitate youth gatherings, small groups, and discipleship moments
  • Build a safe, fun, and spiritually rich environment for students
  • Teach biblical lessons that are relevant, engaging, and transformative
  • Support Sunday services, youth events, and occasional midweek activities
  • Support Pastors and the church's mission, vision, and values as a member
  • Partner with parents and church teams to support student growth
  • Recruit, mentor, and collaborate with youth volunteers as the ministry grows
  • Model excellence, preparation, and a heart for the next generation
  • Uphold Victory City AZ’s spiritual, cultural, and leadership standards
Qualifications
  • Experience, education, and/or credentialing in youth ministry (college students majoring in youth ministry - considered)
  • A strong biblical foundation and ability to teach in engaging, age‑appropriate ways
  • Sensitivity to the Holy Spirit and confidence in leading prayer, discussion, and ministry moments
  • A heart for discipleship, mentorship, and building relationships with students and families
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with pastors, volunteers, and parents
  • Reliability, maturity, and alignment with Victory City AZ’s mission, culture, and values
  • A lifestyle that models integrity, humility, and spiritual consistency
Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year in active youth ministry (college student majoring in youth ministry considered)
Education

Accepting any of the below:

  • AG Credentialed Youth Pastor/Leader
  • College Student (actively pursuing youth ministry as a major)
  • Adult/Young-Adult actively pursuing credentialing as a youth minister/leader within AG
