Victory City AZ is growing—and we’re looking for a strategic, Spirit-filled leader to help build the infrastructure that supports revival. The Church Administrator is a vital behind-the-scenes force, ensuring our operations run with excellence, integrity, and Kingdom alignment.

This isn’t just administration—it’s activation. You’ll help steward systems, finances, communication, and logistics that empower our pastors, teams, and ministries to thrive. If you’re passionate about order, clarity, and making vision executable, this role is your lane.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee day-to-day church operations with precision and grace
  • Manage financial systems, budgets, and vendor relationships
  • Support pastoral staff with scheduling, communication, and strategic planning
  • Maintain church records, policies, and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate facility usage, lease agreements, and vendor contracts
  • Help implement systems that reflect our values and fuel our growth
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between leadership, volunteers, and community partners
  • Write and manage press releases, newsletters, and public-facing announcements that reflect Victory City AZ’s voice and mission
  • Serve as a liaison to local organizations, media outlets, and community boards to expand church visibility and engagement
  • Ensure all external communications (digital, print, verbal) align with Victory City AZ’s brand identity, tone, and spiritual culture
  • Ensure all teams submit presentation slides for Sunday Service Announcements and Events

  • Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and vendor management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with grace and accuracy
  • A heart for ministry and a commitment to spiritual integrity
  • Proficiency in office software and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)

  • Background Check
  • Must be an existing member of Victory City AZ or become a new member
  • Must align with the mission, values, and spiritual culture of Victory City AZ.
  • Must be available for Sunday services, weeknight services, team meetings, and planning sessions
