From setting the stage for powerful events to restoring the sanctuary after the move of God, this team serves with joy, diligence, and spiritual intentionality. You’re not just cleaning or setting up—you’re preparing holy ground.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Host church events (including Sundays), planning, set-up, take-down, catering, decor
- Assist with setup and teardown for Sunday services, special events, and ministry gatherings
- Prepare hospitality stations, signage, seating, and décor with excellence
- Clean and reset worship spaces, restrooms, and common areas weekly
- Support the flow of events by anticipating needs and responding quickly
- Collaborate with ministry leaders to ensure smooth transitions and readiness
- Maintain inventory of supplies and report facility needs proactively
- Participate in team prayer, planning, and spiritual alignment
- Reflect the culture of honor, excellence, and joyful service at Victory City AZ
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, candidates should demonstrate:
- A servant’s heart and joyful attitude toward behind-the-scenes ministry
- Physical ability to lift, move, clean, and organize as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and order
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sensitivity to the Holy Spirit and understanding of sacred space
- Alignment with Victory City AZ’s mission, values, and worship culture
- Experience in event setup, hospitality, or facilities (preferred but not required)
Additional Requirements:
- Must have a Food Handler's Card or willing to be trained
- Must have current CPR or willing to obtain certificate
- Must be an existing member of Victory City AZ or become a new member
- Must be available for Sunday services and events
- Must commit to ongoing spiritual growth and team development
