As volunteer Greeters (multiple availability), you’ll be the first face people see, the first voice they hear, and the first touchpoint of God’s love in action. Whether it’s a first-time guest or a faithful member, your presence sets the tone for a Spirit-filled experience.
This role goes beyond handshakes and smiles. You’ll help guests feel seen, known, and welcomed—while also supporting the flow of service through registration, setup.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Warmly welcome guests at the door with joy, hospitality, and spiritual sensitivity
- Assist attendees with check-in, registration, and navigating the space
- Provide information about ministries, events, and next steps
- Support setup and teardown of signage, welcome tables, and hospitality stations
- Identify and connect first-time guests with the New Member team
- Create a safe, inviting, and Spirit-led atmosphere from arrival to departure
- Participate in team prayer, huddles, and spiritual development
- Reflect the culture, excellence, and heart of Victory City AZ in every interaction
Qualifications

- Physical ability to assist with light setup and teardown tasks

- Alignment with Victory City AZ’s mission, values, and worship culture
Additional Requirements:
- Must be an existing member of Victory City AZ or become a new member
- Must be available for Sunday services, weeknight services, and events
- Must commit to ongoing spiritual growth and team development
