Victory City AZ is igniting a movement—and our kids are at the center of it. We’re looking for passionate, energetic, and Spirit-led team members to join Ignite Kids, our dynamic kids ministry for grades 1–5.
As an Ignite Kids Team Lead, you’ll help create a fun, safe, and faith-filled environment where children encounter God, grow in truth, and discover their identity in Christ. You’ll be part of a team that doesn’t just babysit—it disciples.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Lead engaging lessons, activities, and discussions that reflect biblical truth
- Create a welcoming and safe space for children to grow spiritually and relationally
- Support classroom setup, check-in, and transitions with excellence
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver high-impact ministry experiences
- Model Christ-like character, joy, and servant leadership
- Participate in team huddles, prayer, and ongoing training
- Celebrate every child’s unique gifts and help them walk boldly in their faith
Qualifications

- A genuine love for children and a heart for ministry
- Ability to lead with energy, patience, and spiritual maturity
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working with children
- Willingness to learn and grow in ministry leadership
- Alignment with Victory City AZ’s values, culture, and discipleship framework
Additional Requirements:
- Background Check
- Must be an existing member of Victory City AZ or become a new member
- Must complete Ignite Kids team training and safety protocols (willing to receive CPR training)
- Must align with the mission, values, and spiritual culture of Victory City AZ
- Must be available for Sunday services, weeknight services, team meetings, and planning sessions
Experience
- 3 years Children's Ministry/Teaching (min.)
- Tech-savvy (to use check-in system)
Education
- High School Diploma
- Certification (optional)
- Bachelors Degree (preferred)
