At Victory City AZ, worship is more than music—it’s a movement. As a Pianist/Organist, you’ll carry the weight of the sound that sets the tone for breakthrough. Your hands will release healing, your chords will stir revival, and your sensitivity to the Spirit will help shape the flow of worship.

This role is for those who understand the spiritual authority of sound. You’ll serve as both a skilled musician and a prophetic vessel, partnering with the Worship Leader to create atmospheres where heaven invades earth.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Demo video (3 mins. max) and Audition required
  • Play piano and/or organ during Sunday services, rehearsals, and special events
  • Support the Worship Leader in executing Spirit-led worship sets and transitions
  • Flow prophetically during spontaneous moments, altar calls, and prayer segments
  • Collaborate with vocalists and musicians to create a unified, powerful sound
  • Maintain excellence in timing, dynamics, and spiritual sensitivity
  • Participate in rehearsals, team development, and spiritual formation
  • Model humility, preparation, and a lifestyle of worship
  • Uphold the spiritual and cultural standards of Victory City AZ
Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates should demonstrate:

  • Proficiency in piano and/or organ with ability to play by ear and/or read charts
  • Sensitivity to the Holy Spirit and ability to flow prophetically
  • Experience in gospel, contemporary, and spontaneous worship styles
  • Strong understanding of musical dynamics, transitions, and service flow
  • Ability to collaborate with vocalists, band members, and media team
  • Commitment to excellence, punctuality, and preparation
  • Alignment with Victory City AZ’s mission, values, and worship culture

Additional Requirements:

  • Must pass a background check
  • Must be an existing member of Victory City AZ or become a new member
  • Must be available for Sunday services, rehearsals, and team development sessions
  • Must commit to regular musical practice and spiritual growth
