Victory City AZ is a church on mission—where faith meets innovation and every detail reflects the glory of God. We’re seeking a Spirit-led, tech-savvy volunteer leader to oversee our Media Team and ensure every service, post, and presentation reflects Kingdom excellence.
As the Media Director, you’ll be the central force behind our digital and visual experience. From managing presentations, photography schedules and social media flow, you’ll bring order, creativity, and clarity to the way we communicate and connect.
This role isn’t just technical—it’s transformational.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of Victory City AZ’s Media Team
- Lead and run presentation software during services (e.g., Proclaim, ProPresenter or equivalent) with precision and flow
- Oversee the creation of weekly service presentations, ensuring all announcement slides are submitted on time
- Manage scheduling for photographers, social media contributors, and media volunteers
- Oversee media asset organization, storage, and delivery
- Collaborate with ministry leaders to ensure visual content aligns with messaging and mission
- Support social media strategy and content planning
- Train and empower media volunteers to serve with excellence and creativity
- Troubleshoot tech issues and maintain presentation equipment readiness
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, candidates should demonstrate:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience with presentation software (e.g., Proclaim ProPresenter, PowerPoint, preferred - training provided)
- Familiarity with photography, videography, and social media platforms
- Ability to manage schedules, deadlines, and team communication
- Creative eye with attention to detail and flow
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A heart for ministry and a commitment to spiritual integrity
- Comfort working in fast-paced, Spirit-led environments
Additional Requirements:
- Background Check
- Must be an existing member of Victory City AZ or become a new member
- Must align with the mission, values, and spiritual culture of Victory City AZ
- Must be available for Sunday services, weeknight services, team meetings, and planning sessions
Experience
- 3 years media/technology (min.)
- Can operate presentation software (training provided)
- Is tech-savvy
Education
- High School Diploma
- Certification (optional)
- Bachelors Degree (preferred)
