Victory City AZ is raising up the next generation of creatives who carry both technical skill and spiritual sensitivity. The Media Team Trainee role is designed for youth (ages 16 and up) who are ready to be trained in the tools and technologies that shape our worship experience—from lights and sound to photography, video, and presentation software.
This is more than tech—it’s ministry. Trainees will learn how to steward the atmosphere, amplify the message, and support the move of God through excellence behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Learn & Do:
- Receive hands-on training in presentation software (e.g., ProPresenter)
- Assist with photography and video capture during services and events
- Learn lighting and soundboard operations to support worship and preaching
- Shadow experienced Media Team members and grow in technical confidence
- Participate in setup, teardown, and media prep for weekly services
- Develop creative skills while serving with humility and purpose
- Reflect the heart, excellence, and Spirit-led culture of Victory City AZ
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, candidates should:
- Be age 16 or older and have a teachable, respectful attitude
- Demonstrate interest in media, technology, or creative arts
- Be willing to learn, take direction, and grow in skill and responsibility
- Show commitment to punctuality, preparation, and teamwork
- Align with Victory City AZ’s mission, values, and spiritual culture
- Be available for Sunday services and scheduled training sessions
Additional Requirements:
- Background Check and parental consent (if under 18)
- Must be a member of Victory City AZ or actively pursuing membership
- Must commit to ongoing spiritual growth and team development
