Victory City AZ is a movement of restoration, purpose activation, and elevated living—and we’re seeking a Spirit-filled, credentialed Outreach Pastor (volunteer role) to help extend that mission beyond our walls. This role is for a bold leader who carries both pastoral authority and apostolic vision, with a heart to reach communities locally, nationally, and globally.
As Outreach Pastor, you’ll serve as a bridge between the church and the world—partnering with our pastoral team, administrative staff, and public relations efforts to build strategic relationships, launch outreach initiatives, and activate the church’s presence in every sphere.
This isn’t just outreach—it’s Kingdom expansion.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and lead outreach strategies that reflect Victory City AZ’s mission and values
- Build partnerships with local organizations, city leaders, and global ministries
- Oversee national and international outreach efforts, including missions, relief, and evangelism
- Support the Lead Pastors in carrying the church’s vision into new communities and regions
- Collaborate with the Administrator/PR team to amplify outreach messaging and visibility
- Mobilize volunteers and ministry teams for outreach events, campaigns, and service projects
- Preach, teach, and minister in outreach settings with spiritual authority and compassion
- Maintain pastoral care and discipleship for outreach volunteers and partners
- Steward budgets, logistics, and reporting for outreach initiatives
To thrive in this role, candidates should demonstrate:
- Proven experience in pastoral ministry, outreach leadership, and team development
- Ordination and ministerial credentials recognized by a reputable Christian organization
- Strong understanding of missional strategy, evangelism, and community engagement
- Ability to preach, teach, and minister across diverse cultural and spiritual contexts
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relational skills
- Ability to collaborate with administrative, PR, and ministry teams
- Sensitivity to the Holy Spirit and alignment with Victory City AZ’s prophetic culture
- Passion for restoration, justice, and Kingdom impact

- Background Check
- Must be an existing member of Victory City AZ or become a new member (initially volunteer role)
- Must be available for Sundays, weeknight services, outreach events, and may have the opportunity to travel occasionally (domestic and international)
- Must commit to ongoing spiritual growth, leadership development, and team unity

- 3 yrs. Teaching (church or ministry)
- Ordination Credentials AG
- Master's Degree preferred
