Victory City AZ is a movement of restoration, purpose activation, and elevated living—and we’re seeking Spirit-filled Outreach Team Members (volunteer role) to help extend that mission beyond our walls. This role is for a bold evangelistic type with a heart to reach communities locally, nationally, and globally.
As an Outreach Team Member, you are the hands and feet of Victory City AZ’s mission in the community. They serve with joy, compassion, and excellence—bringing the love of Christ to families, neighborhoods, and outreach partners.
What You’ll Do:
- Participate in outreach events, service projects, and evangelism efforts
- Assist with setup, hospitality, prayer stations, and distribution of resources
- Represent Victory City AZ with professionalism and spiritual integrity
- Follow instructions from Outreach Minister and Outreach Pastor during events
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold church conduct standards while serving
- Share testimonies and feedback to help improve outreach impact
- Heart for service and community engagement
- Willingness to be trained and activated in outreach ministry
- Willingness to support both the Outreach Pastor and Outreach Minister
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and commitment to Victory City AZ’s values
- Must be a member or become a member actively attending Victory City AZ
Availability:
• Sundays, weeknight services, outreach events, and may have the opportunity to travel occasionally (domestic and international)
