This opportunity is for someone who doesn’t just play—but someone who understands the weight of worship, the flow of the Spirit, and the impact of excellence.
We are seeking someone who can begin serving in a volunteer capacity—on Sundays, at rehearsals, and for select events—until compensation becomes available.
What You’ll Do
• Play piano or organ during Sunday services, rehearsals, and special events
• Support Spirit‑led worship sets, transitions, and spontaneous moments
• Add melodic, harmonic, and atmospheric layers that elevate the worship experience
• Collaborate with vocalists, musicians, and the Worship Leader for seamless flow
• Participate in rehearsals, team development, and spiritual formation
• Model humility, preparation, and a lifestyle of worship
*Submit a less than 3-minute video playing a worship song.
• Sensitivity to the Holy Spirit and confidence in spontaneous worship moments
• Experience in gospel, contemporary, and free‑flow worship styles
• Strong understanding of musical dynamics, transitions, and service flow
• Team‑oriented, reliable, prepared, and aligned with Victory City AZ’s mission and values
• A heart for excellence, worship, and creating environments where people encounter God
• Proficiency in piano or organ with the ability to read music and flow by ear
