Victory City AZ is a church on fire—bold in faith, rich in culture, and relentless in pursuit of transformation. We’re seeking a creative visionary to help us document and amplify what God is doing in and through our community.

As our Social Media & Photographer, you’ll be the eyes and voice behind the lens—capturing moments that matter and crafting digital content that inspires, engages, and activates. From Sunday services to outreach events, you’ll help shape the visual heartbeat of Victory City AZ across platforms.

This role is more than content creation—it’s Kingdom storytelling.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Samples required
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos during services, events, and special moments
  • Create engaging social media content that reflects our voice, values, and vision
  • Manage and grow Victory City AZ’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Collaborate with ministry leaders to promote events, campaigns, and initiatives
  • Edit and deliver media assets with excellence and timeliness
  • Monitor analytics and engagement to optimize reach and impact
  • Stay current on trends while keeping our messaging rooted in truth and authenticity
Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates should demonstrate:

  • Strong photography and videography skills (portfolio required)
  • Experience with social media strategy, content creation, and platform management
  • Proficiency in editing tools (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere)
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, Spirit-led environments
  • A creative eye and a heart for ministry
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of Victory City AZ’s brand, culture, and spiritual DNA

Additional Requirements:

  • Background Check
  • Must be an existing member of Victory City AZ or become a new member
  • Must align with the mission, values, and spiritual culture of Victory City AZ
  • Must be available for Sunday services, weeknight services, team meetings, and planning sessions
Experience
  • 3 years Social Media (min.)
  • Photography w/own equipment
