Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Lead worship with your voice or instrument during Sunday services, rehearsals, and special events
- Support the Worship Leader in Spirit‑led sets and prayer moments
- Add your unique melodic, harmonic, or rhythmic layers to elevate the worship experience
- Collaborate with vocalists, musicians, and media team for seamless worship flow
- Participate in rehearsals, team development, and spiritual formation
- Model humility, preparation, and a lifestyle of worship
Qualifications
- Confident vocalists and skilled musicians who can read music and flow by ear
- Sensitivity to the Spirit and the ability to move in spontaneous worship moments
- Experience in gospel, contemporary, and free‑flow worship styles
- Team players who thrive in collaboration with vocalists, bandmates, and leaders
- A commitment to preparation, excellence, and punctuality
- Alignment with Victory City AZ’s mission and values
