Victory City AZ is building a worship culture that breaks chains, ignites faith, and ushers in the glory of God. As a volunteer Worship Team Vocalist/Singer, you won’t just sing—you’ll minister. You’ll help create atmospheres where hearts are healed, lives are transformed, and heaven touches earth.

This role is for those who understand that worship is a calling, not a performance. You’ll serve with skill, humility, and spiritual sensitivity, helping lead our congregation into deeper encounters with Jesus.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Demo video (3 mins. max) and Audition required
  • Serve as a vocalist during Sunday services, rehearsals, and special events
  • Support the Worship Lead and Worship Lead Assistant in executing Spirit-led worship sets
  • Engage in vocal training, team rehearsals, and spiritual development
  • Contribute to a unified sound through harmonies, dynamics, and prophetic flow
  • Maintain stage presence that reflects reverence, joy, and authenticity
  • Participate in spontaneous worship moments and prophetic declarations as led
  • Model a lifestyle of worship both on and off the platform
  • Uphold the spiritual and cultural standards of Victory City AZ

  • Positive attitude, teachable spirit, and team-first mindset
  • Alignment with Victory City AZ’s mission, values, and worship culture

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be an existing member of Victory City AZ or become a new member
  • Must be available for Sunday services, mid-week services, rehearsals, and team development sessions
  • Must commit to regular vocal practice and spiritual growth
